The Master bedroom has a magnificent balcony that offers lovely views of the tropical vegetation (complete with green monkeys).
At the front of the property is off-road parking available for two vehicles.

Battaleys Mews is a gated community of 30 homes, with 24/7 security and full-time staff available should you have any queries.
The complex boasts secluded gardens with ample seating and picnic areas, as well as a clubhouse with a communal pool, small gymnasium and bar area.
The clubhouse is staffed should you need any help with anything. It also provides a place for your luggage to be stored. There are also showers and toilet facilities for you to use before travelling home, should you wish to freshen up before your journey home.
In addition to the swimming pool, Battaleys Mews has a hard surface tennis court for use, as well as a shaded children’s play area within the communal gardens.
